Ho appena pagato l’abbonamento per Lightroom, ma nonostante mi siano stati presi i soldi, continua a non funzionare e quando provi a fare aggiorna acquisti, mi dice che è impossibile aggiornare.

Mi potete risolvere questo problema?

That isn't a great user experience as you cannot update Lightroom, we're sorry to hear about this. Let us help make it right.

Which version of Lightroom have you installed and what is the error message you're getting while trying to update Lightroom.

Are you updating the app from the Creative Cloud desktop app?

IF you're getting a specific error message or code, please take a look at this article Error downloading or updating Adobe Creative Cloud apps

The version I have installed a week ago from the App Store is: 4.3.1

The error is this one:

“impossible to complete the purchase”

as in the attached image.

Could you please log out and then log back in from Lightroom mobile. Be sure to use the same Adobe ID that you purchased it with.
