Problemas em importar vídeo para o lightroom

Estou tendo problemas em importar vídeos para o ligthroom..

aparece uma mensagem sobre possível erro num tal de "dynamic link" alguém sabe me informar?

Hi there,

Sorry that you cannot import videos in Lightroom Classic CC(you've posted this query in Lightroom CC space, I'll move it over to correct community once you respond)

Which operating system are you using and which exact version of Lightroom are you working on?

On a Mac, could you please try ending the dynamic link manager process?

1.Quit Lightroom.

2. Opening "Activity Monitor" and look for those same processes i.e "dynamiclinkmanager" or dynamiclinkserver"

3.With those selected click the top left red stop sign that should kill those processes,

4. Reopen Lightroom Classic and try importing the MP4 videos.
