Hi there, I hope someone can help me as I've read on the Adobe-website that there no support via chat/phone for LR 🙂
I have a pre-installed version of LR on my 7 year old laptop and realized that I never registered it. The software itself gives me the option to view the 24-digit serial number, however the registration through the software fails. When typing in the serial number in my account online, it says that this key is already used. Yes, it is, by me.. Only on that one laptop.. It is not like I am trying to install it somewhere else, I just want it to be listed in my account.
How can I register the software? Could it be that registering pre-installed software is not possible (despite it being offered in the software)?
