Can't find clone or anything to help remove small things in photo. I'm in lightroom.

In the Develop module, top right panel, there is the "healing brush" that can be used for cloning.

Note: the abilities here are much less than what can be done in Photoshop.

I assume you are using Lightroom and not Lightroom Classic since this is posted in the Lightroom forum. The attached screen captures show how to access the Heal and Clone tools.
