Hi!

Would like some assistance in using the user interface... How does one select "expert mode" for Lightroom CC 2.2.1?

Unfortunately, despite spending 20 minutes searching the support material and forums, one just is lead around in circles with irrelevant answers, so I've tried to find an answer to what must be a very obvious question.

Expert mode is available in the Photoshop Elements Editor. It does not apply to Lightroom.

Thank you...

See, they keep adjusting the names of the products and the feature sets... So Lightroom CC is actually Lightroom Photoshop CC... and Lightroom Classic used to have an expert mode...

The reason for asking is that I want to use the x-rite ColorBrite colorchecker passport, and want to make sure I have all the options available for setting white balance... and most of the videos are for Lightroom Classic or Photoshop, in which the user interface is similar but not exactly the same.

This one is using a slightly different Lightroom product, apparently the Classic version...

Any recommendations for Lightroom CC video tutorials showing how to use the x-rite passport would be helpful.

The passport thing will not work with Lightroom CC (the cloud Lightroom). You'll have to run the passport software separately on a raw file with a color checker pictured and then import the resulting profiles manually into Lightroom CC through the profile browser.
