Some presets in Lightroom not working after installing them

Bonjour,

J'ai depuis peu fais l'acquisition de preset pour lightroom, quand je prend l'une de mes photos et que je vais dans mes preset seulement certains presets s'affiche alors qu'avec d'autres ils sont tous présents.

Une solution ?

That's not a usual experience with Lightroom as presets you've installed are not working as expected.

Which version of Lightroom are you using and what is the name of preset you've acquired? 

A screenshot illustrating the rest of the presets not working would help us reproduce the issue.
