Is it possible to store my LR CC library (Library.lrlibrary) on an externat hard drive?

es. If you click on your preferences, and then click on local storage, then on the Browse button, you can choose any drive that is connected to your computer.

Sorry, I was thinking about the images, not the library. Can't answer that question. My bad.
