Subscription expired but I paid on the 16th

my account says subscription expired however I recently paid for my subscription on the 16th any help would be nice.

 I've tried reinstalling but it's not resolved the issue.

 I've seen on other threads that they could fix the account issue

Subsciption issues can't typically be fixed by reinstalling applications. Have you checked the status of your account by signing in at adobe.com? If you continue to have problems you should contact Adobe customer care https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

If You have an active subscription, Than Please try sign out and sign back in with the correct ID. It should fix the issue. 
If you have Creative cloud desktop application installed on your system then, Go to the Profile Picture on the top right corner and Sign out from there and sign back in with the Correct ID with which you have the subscription.

same thing happend to me and they didnt help me with anything. apple says they have to do something.
