Sync Problem on PC - On iOS works - CC

Hello,

i have two pc and two iOS devices (iphone and ipad). The sync on die iOS devices works but on one pc it doesn't work. there ist an message that 2 pictures sync. i have logout and in. new start the pc ... not works... i have the version 3.2

the summery of the pictures ist also fail on pc. on ios it is 55 (i have many delete) and on pc it ist 477.

please help---
