Synced images from Lightroom mobile not showing up on Lightroom on my desktop

I am a relative newbieand  initially my work from my phone ( only that which was selected to go to LR ) would appear in my LR platfrom on my laptop once synched or opened. Now it only appears on my phone as new images, but now cannot get the images on my laptop. ( i have not really sone anything in 6-9 months ) Was there a preset change to home images are synched up?

Sorry that images from your mobile device are not getting synced to Lightroom on your desktop.

Which version of Lightroom are you using on your desktop? Lightroom Classic or Lightroom Desktop?

Check whether the images synced from Lightroom mobile are showing in Lightroom Web or not. Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/
