The mobile app keeps crashing repeatedly! I work on the road all the time and I cant access my edit the photos I'd it keeps crashing help!!!

I am having a similar problem. When I attach my camera to my phone or my iPad. It shows that it has downloaded the raw files but there is no image. I work in the sports industry and need to get files out quickly. This is no longer working and I can't seem to figure out what changed because it was working two months ago.
