I have all my photos synced on my laptop and want to move them to my desktop.

Is it possible to transfer and link up the synced folder instead of re-downloading all photos?

I have 600+ GB of files and a monthly data cap on my internet so it would take me an incredible long time to download them again.

The simple answer is no. I used up all of my data last month trying to sort out my LRCC.

Hi Jeffrey,

As you want to transfer the images to your desktop, you can download and install Lightroom CC on the desktop and sign in using your Adobe ID, then you'll be able to access the images on the desktop as well.

Regards,
Sahil

Sahil.Chawla I know I can access them but they are not local which is an issue. Specifically the multi gigabyte tiff and psd files.

@melissapiccone Thank you. This is what I figured.
