Transferring Presets in LR

I just installed LR CC on Macbook Pro 2020 model and I want to transfer my presets from my older LR 5 that is on my 2012 IMac running High Sierra.  First, will those presets work on the new Macbook, and 2nd, I can't find the Develop Presets folder on my IMac.  Can anyone shed any light on this issue?  Thanks
