Trouble syncing between devices

Hello. Everytime I import a picture from my iPad, then on my iPhone I get this error T20200122. Any ideas? Thanks

It looks like your photo may not have finished syncing from the iPad. Check the sync status on your iPad first.

Then, if it says "Synced and Backed Up," go to Lightroom on the web (lightroom.adobe.com) and sign in to your account - take a look at the photo there and tell us whether the photo is OK on the web side.
