Trying to organize presents but no move option

Hey everyone, I had to create a new adobe account and now there is no "move" option when I right click on my imported presets. I want to reorganize them and it's exteremly frustrating. Does anyone else not see their "move" option in presets? I'm at a loss.

Which version of Lightroom are you using?

It says version 4.0. It was working fine before I did the latest update.
