Okay, so I recently switched over from Classic to the cloud based lightroom. I decided to start from scratch to avoid over complicating things. I'm upgraded to the 1tb cloud storage, and I am currently 11000/23000 photos synced. This is going slow due to very slow internet. This is not my issue, but worth knowing.

I have a package of 11000 presets which I have added from my desktop. I had to delete everything and re-add them again due to somehow getting duplicates, and choosing to delete in bulk rather than 1 by 1 deleting 11000 presets... Too exhausting of a concept.
Ever since I fixed this issue of duplication with my desktop I have encountered two issues.

1) First, the mobile app wont update the fix of my presets. It still has the duplicates. In the Sync tab, it says:
Downloading Presets ...
21023 Pending

This has been going on for about two weeks without change.

Device Storage: 11.2gb of 29.7gb used
I have an SD card, with the Use SD card option selected.

2) Second, everything seems to work great on desktop until I click on the Presets tab.
This caused lightroom to freeze and "lightroom is not responding' for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Once I can access my presets, selecting folders causes another 5 to 10 minute freeze. This is way too slow for the convenience of a preset.

I tried renaming the use presets folder. All other threads seem outdated, suggesting the update would fix the problem.

I solved my mobile problem by deleting my data and having the cloud sync everything fresh. I still have my issue with the desktop application.
