Updates not happening, Unable to export or import pictures in Lightroom. How can this be resoved?

We are sorry about the experience with Lightroom. Would you mind sharing te version of Lightroom you are using along with your computers operating system?

Are you getting an error while trying to update the application or while trying to import/export the images?
