This is a user community forum. Occasionally Adobe employees respond to questions here, but most of us are just other Lightroom users struggling with the same issues.

Lightroom is designed for single user accounts. At this time there is no way for mulitple users to share the same library. There is some limited functionality for sharing albums, but I don't think that is what you need. I don't see any likelihood of Lightroom being added to enterprise accounts in the near future, or maybe ever. It's unfortunate that your company did not do research this before switching. Your best option is to convince your company to pay for you to have an individual account separate from the enterprise account, and speak with Adobe support about transferring the images from the older account to your newer one.
