I recently upgraded from Lr CC 1 TB to a full Adobe subscription which includes only 100 GB of cloud storage.

I've already downloaded the Adobe Lightroom Downloader and used it to back up all of my images offline, I'm now ready to delete the images on my cloud, but not completely format the creative cloud... I do not want to lose my Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects libraries... I only want to clean out my Lightroom CC, I've looked up the problem here on the forms and all I could find is questions that were similar but did not help answer my questions.. sorry and thanks!

Your Lightroom library is completely separate from your Creative Cloud Libraries which share assets between apps. If you have an image in a Creative Cloud library it is an additional element outside of your Lightroom library.

Where are you running in to a problem?
