Hi there,
Sorry that you cannot upload images from Lightroom as it says that app is busy uploading images.
Could you please let us know the version of Lightroom and operating system you're working on?
I'd recommend that you take a look at the steps mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-cc/kb/apple-photos-migration-errors.html and let us know if that helps?
