What do I have to copy in a Backup of LR 6, to transfer everything to a new PC.

I have the Lightroom v. 6 desktop. I have to change PC because the one I have is old and I would like to know how I can save all the LR in a Backup ... I know that I have to uninstall the LR 6 from the old PC, to be able to reload it on the new one, but I don't know how, once I install the LR on the new PC, what do I have to transfer from the Backup ... that is, I have to save the entire Catalog, the originals saved in .RAW, the presets? ??? this is my question. Can you help me? Thanks
