What happened to the Lightroom starter plan (AU/NZ)?

There was a feature-limited version of Lightroom available for Australia & New Zealand users, which I got and have running on a Mac, but can't see any way of running it on my Windows machine now - having only just downloaded Lightroom, on opening it I only have the options to start a 7 day trial, buy immediately, or quit.

Since the site went from https://web.archive.org/web/20210607085732/https://www.adobe.com/au/products/photoshop-lightroom.htm... ("Get the desktop app with core features at no charge") to https://web.archive.org/web/20210608094149/https://www.adobe.com/au/products/photoshop-lightroom.htm... ("Get Lightroom as part of Adobe Creative Cloud for just A$14.29/mo incl. GST.") I assume the free version was just killed off (there's no mention I can find in the current site), but I would have expected some sunsetting announcement, which I can't find.

Does anyone have any information?

Since this forum is primarily User to User, then it's unlikely that anyone is in a position to answer yoru question.

I don't know much, if anything about the workings of Twitter, but since that's where Tom Hogarty announced the starter plan, then maybe that's the best place to ask
