What is difference between 2 IPAD LIGHTROOM APPS?

I can see 2 options: "Adobe Lightroom for Ipad" and "Adobe lightroom Photo Editor" 

 

I am using Lightroom cc 2020 (not classic) on my mac

'Adobe Lightroom Photo Editor' is the iPhone version. You might be able to install it on an iPad, that is why you see it, but it would not make sense to do so.

Wow, thank you for this! I wish Adobe would simplify their product naming. With Adobe Lightroom, Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom for iPad, Lightroom Photo Editor, plus the generic umbrella term Lightroom for mobile...it's so confuing!

There is no "Lightroom CC" anymore. That is the old name of what is now simply "Lightroom".
