Hi,

I noticed for the first time today red dots in the white areas of the photo. First when I was editing a pic they showed up but now I just looked at a few and without editing there are red dots. Please help!

That is the highlight clipping indicator. It shows up red when the highlights are being clipped. If you look at the histogram, in the upper right-hand corner there is a little square that is highlighted. Click on that square and it will become not highlighted and those red markings will go away.
