Why can't I adjust vibrance in linear gradient or brush modes?

I am trying to increase vibrance on all parts of a photo except one area. I can only find the vibrance slider on the main edit screen.

Is there either a way to adjust vibrance on just the brush/gradient, or erase the effect on part of the photo after doing it on full edit mode?

I do not see a way!

Except maybe- Apply 'Vibrance' globally, then use the Brush with negative 'Saturation'.
