Okay so I've had Lightroom CC up for about three weeks, and it will not shut down. Screen Shot 2018-01-14 at 5.41.30 PM.png

I just show this, EVERY time I try to exit it out it will not.

Also, it will not let me shut down my computer which is very annoying

Please send help

Does one always have to do this, or just once?

How does one "close" the Adobe processes?

How does on "give permissions" to all  Adobe folders?:)

Guess I'm gonna need some in person help with this.
