Last wenesday when tryng to open light room the creative cloud panel show me as If I was a new customer and ofering me test period insted opening my programs. I had an active sesion on august 30 with a lot of work done. I had to buy the plan again and all of my job from previos sesions is lost, any idea how to get it back. there is nothing in the cloud.
