Can FMS be installed in AMD Opteron system?

I install FMS 3.5 in a AMD Opteron system, it is able to streaming, but I am facing some service side script issue.

system is:

AMD Opteron ™ processor 885 2.4 GHz

1 Gb RAM

Official hardware rquirements expects you to have : Intel® Pentium® 4 processor but I really dont know whether your processor should make any server-side scripting issue. Can you write in more details what exactly is the issue you are facing?

Yes, FMS will work on AMD Opteron systems.   (And pretty much any modern x86 processor.)   Please provide more details into the exact issue you are experiencing with your server side script.
