The supported platform for AMS 5.0 are Wndows Server 2008 R2 and CentOS 5.8.

But I don't think there should be any problem in using AMS on Windows server 2003 x64 bit.

Just to add what Chandan has said - you might use it on Windows 2003 (and it should work in most probablity) - but that's something which has not been tested and would not be supported. I would recommend you to move on to support platform.
