Opening Flash Media Live Encoder

I downloaded Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 and it will not open.

No error message. I click to open it and the thing pops up to look like it is opening and then nothing. i run on Windows 10.

Thank you for the clarifying information. Since Flash Media Encoder Live is several years old, there may be compatibility issues with Windows 10.
