What happens when Flash Support stops Dec 2020 - flash retirement

Adobe media server administration console is flash based. will it work after dec 2020 ?

how can we stream videos to html5 vidoe player

rtmp player only supports flash player

if flash is going to be retired will adobe media server transition to non FLASH based

AMS has reached EOL (end of life) so there won't be anything done for it. You should consider migrating over to Wowza perhaps as they made an admin app that runs in HTML.. which was done years and years ago and it's very advanced as it's been worked on since then.
