Hi,
So i have skinned the eyes and jaw on the Jill character and have used the mixamo Auto rig, then adding my own controls to the eyes and jaw. However after a few tests, i have noticed that the AnimData doesn't include the jaw and eye joint which when i export the animation, the mouth and eyes are not moving. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

because the face blend animations where Fuse characters only and Adobe tossed them in the trash when they killed Fuse... you can convert your character bones to a new set like the free iphone system or just ignore them
