im running into a major issue with mixamos animations, im using the character model amy, and using the walking animation, but when i imported the fbx download from mixamo and imported it into blender, the left leg is bent throughout the animation, and there isnt a way to fix it. ive even tried usuing a different animation, the orc walk, but still it has a bent left leg. does anyone know a solution? or is this an issue with all the mixamo animations?

ive noticed that the mixamo model amy, has a bend leg bone, i think that mixamo needs to fix it in their system, for it to work again, sadly its just the model amy

You can try to fix the animation by using this retargeting method. IT works flowlessy and is super cool. Because this one is a bit more advanced, you can add animations on top of the other. THis way you can correct but also completely alter the original animation.

PS in the comments there is also a comment which has a link to an addon which automatically creates all those empties. This is a gold gem!!! it makes this method a breeze to use!
