Can't download, never moves on from "Preparing download. Just a moment..."

I have a mode on Mixamo that I was using and downlaoding animations for.  Now I cannot get past the "Preparing Download.  Just a momonet..." when I try to download either an aimation or just the T-pose mesh.

I have tried on 3 different browsers, restarted the browsers, cleared caches.  I have had two friends in different locations of the world try on their computers.  Nobody can get a download to work.  What am I doing wrong?

This is the exact FBX I'm using:

It's already rigged.  It worked earlier today, I got a few animations, but when I went back it stopped ever downloading new ones.  An example animation would be the Mutant Walk or Mutant Run.  But even just trying to download the T-Pose never progresses.

I am having the exact same issue on my end. The downloads were working fine for me yesterday but today when trying to download any of the animations from mixamo I just get the "Preparing download. Just a moment..." message indefinitely.

I've tried the following but to no avail:

- Signing out and back in to my account
- Restarting Browser

- Clear cookies/cashe

- Turn off firewall

- Tried with different browsers (Edge, chrome, firefox)

If anyone can think of anything else to try that would be great.

your file is working correct at my end with T pose or mutant run and its only a small file so the issue has to be at your sign in network... are you using a proxy server perhaps?

After 2 days of errors it just started working.

i have the same issue. After 1 year, adobe still didn't fix it

it works with my 4g but not with my freebox so here is the problem
