Descending Stairs Animation is bad

There are 2 animations for this cattegory. Both aren't descending stairs like a human.

This is a known error.

As the previous reply indicated, this is a known issue since the beginning of time. Adobe will not fix it, BUT you could probably use the blender add-on and then manually fix it.
