I have attempted to upload or download models from Mixamo after returning to the site following a seven-month absence. During this time, I have not utilized the service at all. However, I am now receiving an error stating that I have exceeded the allowed number of requests, despite not having downloaded a single model in the past six months. Additionally, when I attempt to access my account page, it fails to load entirely. Please address this issue promptly.

Same issue for me. Getting an error message on the initial load of the animations page after the login as well. Tried on different browsers, networks and devices. Getting the same error throughout.

I've been onto Adobe helpdesk and they see the same issue.

Well it seems to be run as a separate entity like all the other packages and companies they acquire. Like Allegorithmic and Substance. It has an Adobe wrapper and licencing now but basically still under the hood is Allegorithmic.

I see, yes we have reported this issue to the backend and team is working on it to fix this as soon as possible.
