Hello,
I uploaded a character on Mixamo and auto rigged it. But I do not like the deformation at the elbows.
I tried to adjust the paint weight in Maya but as soon as I open the paint weight window the geometry is not moving with the rig anymore...
Can anyone help me?
Is there a way to solve the issue in Mixamo directly?
Or how should I solve it in Maya?

this is caused by using two different Fbx file formats and most people using Maya with Fuse or Mixamo learn to workflow other format i.e, Obj, Stl etc because Fbx is not a standard you can reliy on
can it be fixed in Maya = yes of course you can always rebuild a busted weight map in whatever software
