I keep getting this error when trying to upload my character: Timeout::Error occurred on fbxparse

I have already deleted all other things on the scene besides the character but I keep getting the error. Can someone help me please?

the error means it can't read your fake Fbx file

the screenshow shows your model has a rig [needs to be removed] and also has items in the hands [i'd also remove and put back after rigging]
