Incomplete download. Error prohibited

I have tried to download a character from the mixamo platform, with about 9 or 10 MB missing, the download is interrupted, when pressing resume it says ERROR PROHIBITED.

Anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it. First of all, Thanks
