Mixamo animating custom fbx file and unable to select rigging points on my character suggestion s?

Using an fbx file from an nft project and don't have access to a reliable computer so I'm using my phone. After uploading my character it asks me to select rigging points but I'm unable to select or place the rigging points. Maybe it's a mobile issue? Any suggestions would be helpful😁

Can you share your model or a screenshot here? It is best advisable to place the rigging points on a desktop device rather than mobile.

yes models will not run the script because the website is designed for a desktop or laptop
