I load my symmetric character, but I can't get symmetric results in T pose

Mixamo is rigging not weight mapping... For that you need a true modelling system like Blender or Iclone

okay, going back to our main topic, why can't I get symmetrical results?

well without having the model to test we are just guessing but i would say the issue is you didn't make the model correct... i mean Mixamo can't make something "Symmetrical" it has to be that way to start with

looks out to me as well but it could be the camera angle... if you want to share the model i'll test it at my end

Hi, I have the same problem. My model was created in Blender using the mirror modifier, so it's symmetrical. However, in Mixamo, the T-pose looks wrong, with one shoulder getting deformed. Other animations look fine or have only minor deformations. I've tried both applying and not applying the modifiers, but it doesn't make a difference. I also tried uploading just the body mesh by itself, but I still get one side that’s off. I've attempted to adjust the shoulders, but it always results in asymmetry. When i made a T-pose myself, all of the animations looked wrong the shoulders were kind of too low. Does anyone know a solution? How should the shoulders be modified to achieve symmetrical results in Mixamo?

Make your model in t pose then upload it... What you see is distortion from stretching

I managed to adjust the shoulders in the T-pose and they're symmetrical in all animations now 😉
