mixamo cant create skeletion

hi i cant animate my characters there are some problems. mixamo say me cant create character skeletion but i was tried some times and mixamo accept and can animate. sometimes mixamo accept but animations is loading and never opening. how can i fix this? my internet connection is very good and also my characters have no problem i check many times. please help me if you can

well she is floating up in the air so I'd start with that... open her up in Blender and reset the zero location before you upload
