Hello everybody,
I exported the Isla avatar (kid) without skin texture from Clo3D in FBX and uploaded on Mixamo. Once it is uploaded the window does not show the avatar and if I click on 'continue', Mixamo just skips the rigger settings showing the avatar directly in the environment.
The problem is that the Avatar looks distorted.
Have you had a similar issue? How did you solve it?

hi Sara, the bones are set wrong in that hand and Mixamo didn't offer a rigging stage because it detected bones in your Fbx model
how to fix the bones would be to export the model as wavefront Obj [Blender can do this] because Obj files don't have bones and you are not using textures anyway
the bend in the wrist may be because the model is out... if you can set your pose to T instead of A in Clo3D then that should help
