This is support for the Creative Cloud and Technical Communications Suites. Mixamo isn't part of it.
Also, this isn't Adobe support, it's a user-to-user community with the occasional visit from employees.

the model is too big
@kglad a rougness map can cause issues with upload [not the issue in this case] because Adobe moved to metal drivers instead of Nvida standard... the main difference is the way they read rougness / metal maps i.e, black becomes white instead of gray
