Mixamo texture problems

I'm new in 3d and I just did my first low poly character. But when I try to load it in mixamo my textures missed. 

1. I tried to upload a zip with obj, myl ant png-texture and in this case I get weird white ultra light texture

2. I tried to upload a fbx file and it gave me full black texture

How to fix it?

you are not missing the texture but just rendored it wrong

Hello, I encountered the same problem (Picture 1), and I uploaded a Zip file containing the textures to try (Picture 2), my English is not good enough, so I want to ask your solution is to use the rendering of NVIDIA graphics card ? (I am using MAC)

Well I just downloaded this white animation and fix textures in blender. It worked for me

So are the textures visible on your computer normally?

Yes, just download file from mixamo (with bad textures) and set right texture already in blender. I'm using Mac too
