I'm having the same issue since last night. I'm also seeing the message: "Something went wrong with this request", and sometimes "Too many requests" when trying to download. It seems like this might be a temporary issue on Mixamo’s end. Hope it gets resolved soon.

Having the same issue here, as I tried all the methods and contacted to the support team, they just left me hanged and brought me here to this forum ..... like this is useless

I'm experiencing this as well –"Something went wrong with this request" right after logging in, and "Too many requests" when trying to download any rig – even after lots of troubleshooting (flushing DNS, clearing cookies, several browsers, etc...).
