My mixamo gets stuck on loading...

My mixamo gets stuck on loading and does not agree to do anything, I would be happy with help me, needless to say that even when I transfer 3D MODELS from Fuse it does not work, I attach a screenshot:

the screengrab is your browser waiting for Mixamo to talk to it so yes it could be at Adobe end or you may just have a bad internet line
