Not letting me upload avatars to Mixamo

As a roblox editor with Element 3D I've tried to import my avatar into Mixamo but it only tells me that i have to place all the markers or that something went wrong, I've tried so many times but it doesnt work. Does anyone one know what the issue is?

no of course not... you need to share us the model or at least show us some screenshots to have any chance
