"Unknown Error" when trying to rig imported model

When I load my custom character into Mixamo and place the points, I get a message saying "Unknown Error while generating motion."

can some body help me I read some post of people having the same problem and I tried The solutions but i'm still having the same problem.

That looks okey to rig so it could just be the file type... Can you share the model for testing?

im trying but the page dont let me upload the model the file is .pfx

its not symmetrical but it will rig

if you make the body thinner and move the arms up the results should improve
