Unable To Apply Animation To Uploaded FBX

Hi,

I'm trying to apply an animation to an uploaded FBX that I created in CC3 with LOD Low.  It seems to upload fine, but clicking on an animation results in the Loading Screen showing forever:

In the Chrome console log, I see:
